This policy explains what personal information Visago LLC collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to visagousa.com and does not cover any third-party website we link to.

Who we are
Visago LLC is a U.S.-based provider of visa and immigration application assistance. We prepare and help complete immigration forms and supporting documentation. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
The data controller for information collected through this site is Visago LLC, a company registered in the United States. You can reach us at office@visagousa.com or (404) 917-9103.
What we collect
Through this website we collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form submissions – your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, subject line and the content of your message.
- Preferences stored in your browser – your language choice and your cookie consent decision. These stay on your device; see our Cookie Policy.
- Server logs – our web server records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Please do not send passport numbers, Alien Registration Numbers, Social Security numbers, financial details or other sensitive identifiers through the contact form. If we take you on as a client we will tell you how to send documents securely.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, to assess whether we can assist with your situation, and to provide the services you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is necessary:
- With service providers who operate this site on our behalf, including our web host and the provider that delivers contact form messages to us (our contact form provider).
- With U.S. government agencies, such as USCIS or the Department of State, but only as part of an application you have engaged us to prepare and only with your knowledge.
- Where we are required to do so by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for no longer than we need them and then deleted. Client records are kept for for as long as our professional and tax obligations require in line with our professional and tax obligations. Server logs are rotated after a short period.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to office@visagousa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case as required by law.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, to request portability of your data, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale; we do not sell personal information.
International transfers
We operate in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., the information you send will be transferred to and stored in the United States, which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country. By submitting the contact form you understand this transfer takes place.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS and contact form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
