Visitor & student visas
Foreign citizens who wish to enter the United States for business or pleasure must first obtain a US visa for temporary stay. The application process is simple and depends on the specific regulations of the US Embassy or Consular section in the country of application.
Planning to travel for different purposes?
Depending on your goal, you may need a different type of visa:
- Travel to the USA on an immigrant visa
- Travel to the USA on a work visa
- Travel to the USA on an investor visa
We can assist with the paperwork and application process for visitor and temporary stay visas.
Students
To study in the United States, you must be enrolled in either a school or a university. Apply to the institution of your choice; if accepted, you will receive an I-20 Form (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status for F and M applicants) or a DS-2019 Form (Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor (J-1) Status for J-1 applicants) from the educational institution or program sponsor.
Once you have your form, contact us and we will assist you with obtaining your F-1, M-1, or J-1 student visa.
We are more than willing to help you with the paperwork and the student visa application process.
Visa Waiver Program (VWP)
The US Visa Waiver Program allows citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States for business or tourism for stays of up to 90 days without a visa. The list of participating countries changes from time to time, so check the current list on the U.S. Department of State website before you rely on it. Travelers must first apply for travel authorization through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and be approved.
Note: This option is only for tourism and short business activities. You may not use the VWP to work or study in the USA. For work or study you need to obtain a work visa or student visa regardless of your country of origin.
If your ESTA application is refused, you will need to apply for a B-1/B-2 visa instead.
Eligibility and rules are set by law. We can help you with the ESTA registration and related paperwork.
